Produced by Jim Albritton | More than 2,300 runners took to the streets of Jackson, Mississippi for the 4th Annual Mississippi Blues Marathon. The event celebrates Mississippi's blues heritage and this year honors its favorite son--Elvis Presley--on his birthday.
