OUR MOST POPULAR STORY

NOTE | This is a slightly revised story with new graphics. Our original story has received more than 121,000 views on YouTube.

Produced by Jim Albritton | Months of planning and days of work have transformed the Fondren neighborhood in Jackson, Mississippi back to the 1960s for the filming of the movie version of Jackson native Kathryn Stockett's novel, The Help. As area residents looked on, construction and utility crews worked side-by-side the film's production crew to recreate the look and feel of that era.
