Medical School Legacy is a Roadmap to a Healthier Mississippi

To its champions, admirers, occupants and stewards, the new School of Medicine and its many attractions represent a tribute to the “giants and heroes of the past,” “state-of-the-art learning environments that are the envy of any medical school in the country,” a place that makes you feel “special and privileged,” and, most of all, “home.”

'Over the Edge' Reaches New Heights for Friends of Children's Hospital 

Produced by Jim Albritton | In just its second year, Over the Edge with Friends of Children's Hospital, sponsored by Trustmark National Bank, brought in more than $190,000 for the nonprofit that raises money to support Batson Children's Hospital in Jackson, Mississippi. Those who raised a $1,000 or more for Friends of Children's Hospital earned the opportunity to rappel down the 14-story Trustmark corporate office building in downtown Jackson.
