Ten radio stations, three days, 39 hours, three Radio People station groups and the state's only children's hospital make the Mississippi Miracles Radiothon one of the nation's largest. And dollarwise, it competes with the big boys and wins.
The Radio People stations in Jackson, Meridian and Vicksburg that aired the 2014 Mississippi Miracles Radiothon include US96.3, Y101.7, Mix98.7, 100.9 Jack FM, 97OKK, 105.7 The Beat, Kiss 104.1, River 101.3, Q101 and K Hits 104.5.

Saturday, March 2, 2013 at 2:43AM Produced by Jim Albritton | The 2013 Mississippi Miracles Radiothon raised $400,754 for Batson Children's Hospital. Over three days, Jackson stations Y101.7, US 96.3, Mix 98.7 and Jack FM and Vicksburg stations KHits and River 101 broadcast 39 hours of live interviews of current and former patients, parents and staff from the hospital's lobby. Meridian stations 97 OKK, Kiss 104.1, Q101 and 105.7 The Beat also broadcast from Meridian. The money raised will be used to buy equipment and fund research and programs to help ensure Mississippi's only children's hospital is able to continue to provide the most advanced level of medical care for the state's children.
